Singapore Tenkasi Muslim Welfare Society (STMWS) was formed by the pioneer generation of Indian Muslim Migrants who came to Singapore from Tenkasi, a southern part in India. Currently, there are more than 500 members in STMWS.
STMWS’s main objective is to provide social to the members of STMWS and their family membes.

Waterfalls Student Care Centre
Waterfalls Student Care Centre is jointly brought to you by Singapore Tenkasi Muslim Welfare Society (STMWS), Leng Kee Grassroots Organization and Central Singapore CDC. STMWS was formed on 25th September 1940 and has been involved in community service since Our then.
Madrasah Education
It was first started with Madrasah lessons in various houses in 1987 for need of indian muslim society. In 1990s, as the student population grew, the Madrasah was located to central based mosque in Singapore. At present, our head Ustad Moulana Maulavi Al Hafiz Asan Ali Faizy together with 30 volunteers conducting classes in our Madrsah.

CLF Program
CLF Program is conducted by Mendaki where members from Singapore Tenkasi Muslim Welfare Society participating in the program. This program assists financially difficult families in providing them with needs like tuitions, religious classes and other basic needs.
Volunteering In Prison
Members from STMWS visit clients at the prison in befriended system. Our main purpose is to motivate them in keeping them away from further crime. We also provide them with talks that would change their negative mindset and hence set a new goal to achieve more in life.
